recently i passed through changi airport in singapore with my family. we had about 12 hours to kill and a coffee was in order. there was a myriad of cafes to choose from. we randomly picked one and were pleasantly surprised. we were in terminal 1 and we stumbled upon the spinelli san francisco coffee company. i watched the barista do his thing and he looked like he knew what he was doing. seemed to take pride in his coffee. he did do one strange thing (well seemed strange to me). he first poured the milk into the cup and then added the espresso shot into the milk! anyway didn't seem to effect the taste for it was a very nice brew.
anyone out there in the zoo had good or bad experiences with airport coffee?????
