Hi Saba, For me to create the rosetta, I tilt the cup forward and start pouring low towards the back of the cup with my wrist moving from side to side to form the leaf. As the leaf is starting to develop I pour a little slower towards the front of the cup and then lift the milk jug a little higher and follow through towards the back of the cup with a straight line  to finish off.  You should perfect the love heart first before you attempt the rosetta. Another thing to remember is to always work with silky milk. If my milk is not perfect or has a couple of bubbles in it, I pour it into another jug then back again to your first jug and that will stretch your milk a little more and make it more manageable to achieve the rosetta. I hope this information helps you out. Wendy
