I have been working in hospitality for 9 years now. I first got into baristing as a way of getting myself into the daylight and out of the nightclubs and bars i had always worked at. That was about 4 1/2 years ago. Now, i see baristing as an art form and i myself am the 'picasso' of coffee makers. It take a lot of passion and dedication to become an amazing barista, there is so much to learn and so many different opinions that i dont think you could ever no it all. I consider coffee making an extension of me. Love it!
