Been working in the coffee business for 7 years, have been to two regional competitions and have been to ABC's coffee school and Ivy League Barista Academy getting certificates at both. I am currently out out of work and have been looking for a coffee shop (no matter where) to call home. I've got aspirations to open my own shop but I want to work with a company as a full time Coffee Chef for at least 25-30 years so I may improve my skills to the fullest before I open up a shop of my own. I have been trained in coffee business, competitions, latte art, international coffee prep and coffee origins and history. I take a personal interest in coffee history and the origins stories. I have even spent time in Africa, Indonesia, South America and India learning how different countries grow, harvest, wash, sort and ship all of their wonderful coffee so that it may be roasted and sent to distributors around the world. I've loved coffee since I was little in fact, I was even told that I took my first sip of coffee when I was 2 and made my first latte when I was 4. As of now, I live in Roswell NM but I am wanting to move anywhere in or out of the U.S. to continue my coffee education, experience and lifestyle as long as I make enough to get by. I love coffee with all of my heart and soul and would do anything to continue my lifestyle.
